We are a family run business that has been selling Bean Bag Chairs online since 1998. We realize that there are a lot of new bean bag chair companies out there on the internet these days and we want you to feel safe. We are a secure Yahoo Merchant website and one of their top-rated as well!

SHIPPING:
Shipping charges are $29.95 for each bean bag chair. Why? With increased fuel costs and because bean bag chairs are so big, they ship as being 80 lbs! Bulk orders may be shipped via freight to save on shipping charges.
Sales Tax is charged only on orders shipping to Massachusetts.

Sorry, we are not accepting orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the United States at this time. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses as orders are delivered by UPS or FedEx Ground.

Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).

RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be thrilled with the products you purchase from BeanBagBlitz.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days, provided it is in the original packaging and in re-salable condition. We will credit your charge account for the cost of the item minus a $10 restocking fee. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The only exception to this rule is for the Genuine Leather Bean Bag Chair and any Custom Bean Bag Chairs which are both nonrefundable. Should you choose to make a return, it is very important that you follow these instructions:

All merchandise for return requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a specific Ship-to Address. Do not send the return to the Bean Bag Blitz offices. Wait for the RAN and Ship-to Address. To receive the RAN and Ship-to Address, contact returns@beanbagblitz.com. Please include your name, order number and name of the product you wish to return. To help us improve our service, please let us know your reason for return. An RAN must be obtained before returning any item, otherwise it will not be accepted.

BeanBagBlitz.com. is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. We recommend that you insure the package and require a signature upon receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any credits issued if the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging and in re-salable condition. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
